Are You A Sabbath Keeper?

 Now, most good church goers say; oh yes, I'm a Sabbath keeper. I go to church every Sunday, I try not to miss any Sunday if possible. I follow the Word of God, I also do my best to treat everyone right. But, even with all this said; it's not keeping the Sabbath as a Sabbath Keeper. Therefore, let us take a look into the Word of God for ourselves to witness what it means to be a Sabbath Keeper. 

It's so important for each of us to know what day is the true Sabbath day set by the Lord God Almighty. In order for us to learn this truth. We'll need to read within the pages of the Word of God, the Bible, for true insight. You see if you and I are, in fact, true servants of the Lord God Almighty. 

Then, we should be able to agree with the revealed Word of God concerning this important commandment. After all, it was the Lord God Almighty who commanded us to keep His Sabbath Day rest. That day of the week is recorded as a Saturday not a Sunday. 

It was the Catholic church which conspired then carried out the changing of this holy day from Saturday to Sunday. They even state it's their mark of authority. But, we who're knowledgeable of the manifest Word of God know this day "Sunday" is not God's Sabbath Day of rest. 

Now, let us look into the manifest Word of God to observe for ourselves this important truth. Surely  without a good understanding of God's manifest Word there's no way we'll be able to completely gain a true knowledge of the Word of God. Therefore, must take time out of our busy workaday lives. To place ourselves in the presence of the Word of God. If we're truly gonna gain any kind of spiritual growth as children of the Lord God. 

Then, we must be willing an obedient as we seek to do what the Lord God calls each of us to do while we're here within this present sphere of life. In fact, we must desire the Word of to dwell richly within each of us. Yes, we must lay aside all things which seek to separate us from the love of God in Jesus Christ. Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and all evil speakings, As new born babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious (1 Peter 2:1-3). 

This means the keep of the Sabbath Day commanded of the Lord God Almighty each day it arrives in our life. Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made (Genesis 2:1-3).
